Covid safety

Our main priority is the health and wellbeing of our audience members, musicians and staff. We’re following government guidance on working safely to ensure we’re COVID-secure.

To keep everyone safe, we ask that all audience members are either fully vaccinated, or else take a COVID-19 test (PCR or lateral flow test) with a negative result no more than three days before the concert. Anyone with a positive test result, or displaying COVID-19 symptoms, should not attend.

We ask that audience members wear face coverings whilst inside the venue unless exempt, especially when moving around (arriving, leaving, and at the interval).

No physical programmes will be on offer - these will be available online instead.

Risk-free booking

In the event the concert is cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic or if you have to isolate and miss it, we guarantee a refund of the ticket costs. Booking fees are not refundable.
